• Selection should use the guidelines for intelligent cut & paste (as defined by Apple). Cutting spaces around words and inserting them as necessary.
• When clicking on an object in a different layer, switch layers automatically.
• Annotations should be possible everywhere.
• When double-clicking on a "(" or a ")" select up to the matching element.
• Automatically propose a textual command mode for the selected tool (e.g. allowing to type in coordinates when positioning objects, sizes when cropping, scales when zooming, etc.). This could take the shape of a toolbar.
